QUEEN SQUARE LAW COURTS
SYDNEY CBD

In the newly refurbished High Court of Australia, although the key witness was dripping with sweat, it was not due to the lack of air conditioning – oh no your Honour! Conditioned air passes through continuous linear slots and is distributed throughout the court rooms. The project also included the replacement of the supply and return air duct risers for the full height of the building. The building remained occupied by the High Court during the refurbishment, with very few tenant complaints – testament to the skills of the head contractor and subcontractors.
