When Watpac were appointed as Managing Contractors on behalf of the Queensland Institute of Medical Research to build the new 14 level Smart State Medical Research Centre adjacent to their existing facility at Royal Brisbane Hospital, Triple 'M' were their preferred HVAC contractor because of the outstanding results Triple 'M' delivered on the Health and Food Sciences building at the Knowledge Based Research and Business campus (KBRB) in Coopers Plains.
