Due to initial project delays associated with DA approval, the program for this complex project was exceptionally tight, with site work commencing during June 09 and handover scheduled for December of the same year. Ground and First Floor were designed for ASAM (Australian School of Advanced Medicine), which includes an anatomy laboratory, medical gases and mortuary. Second to fourth floors are doctors consulting rooms with day procedure facilities.
