Green Square, South Tower

Green Square is a PCA A grade commercial office building incorporating a central variable air volume plant zoned for each façade and centre zones with swirl diffusers. Chillers are high efficiency air cooled machines fitted with the latest heat exchanger technology. Tenant’s condenser water is achieved using hybrid cooling towers for water savings. Condenser water from the air conditioning systems is harvested and recycled. Green Square South Tower was Queensland’s first building to be awarded a 5 Star Green Star rating for Office Design and was also Queensland’s first building to be awarded a 5 Star As Built Office Rating.
