Green Square, North Tower

Green Square North Tower is a 12 storey PCA A grade commercial office space. The building comprises a low temperature central VAV plant zoned for each façade and centre zones with swirl diffusers. Car park fans are fitted with variable speed drives and CO monitoring is installed. Chillers are high efficiency water cooled machines. The building was aiming for maximum points under the Green Star Energy category ENE-2 and to achieve this, a Cogeneration plant was installed with a gas fired generator and an Absorption Chiller installed by Triple ‘M’.

Green Square North Tower is the first completed building in QLD to have achieved a 6 Star Green Star Office Design rating from the Green Building Council.
