AAP Centre

AAP Centre was built in 1983. Being a 48 floor building, the total refurbishment of the HVAC systems was a large and complex undertaking. Adding to the complexity, the building remained tenanted throughout the refurbishment process. The project was successfully completed in September 2007 and Triple ‘M’ was complimented by Bovis Lend Lease for its unfailing commitment on what was acknowledged by all as a difficult and exacting project.
