#1 Bligh Street

Winner of the Dexus Property Group/City of Sydney design competition, Architectus in association with Ingenhoven Architects (Germany) have created a highly sustainable office tower on the site bounded by Bligh, Bent and O'Connell Streets.

Grocon Contructions were awarded the contract to build this landmark project, cost is estimated at $270M for this 6 star green star designed building with a floor area of 42 000 sqm.
