Triple 'M' Qld Awarded QIMR Project

We are proud to annouce that today Triple 'M' Qld received a letter of acceptance from Watpac for the QIMR Project. The Smart State Medical Research Centre is a $20M+ order for TMQ with engineering & drafting works starting immediately and on site labour commencing in July 2010.

The 13 floor research building is an expansion to the existing Qld Institute of Medical Research facility at Herston & will accommodate 20 new research laboratories & attract an additional 400 scientists and students. The expansion will increase the Institute's research capacity in areas such as tropical diseases, vaccine development, cancer and genetics.

Our success on this important tender has further entrenched TMQ as laboratory and cleanroom specialist's in the market, and will no doubt provide us with a platform to continue to build a strong relationship with Watpac and S2F for future opportunities in this space which are numerous.
